We are approved by NAPIT and all of the electrical work is carried out in accordance with the current regulation. We are accredited by Alcumus Safe Contractors which demonstrates that we take our health and safety practises responsibly.
We provide day to day maintenance, response call out work and planned work. We are well established and a popular company with an excellent track record for customer satisfaction and reliability.
We currently are approved contractors and/or work for large housing organisations, shipping companies, retail, educational facilities and food chain outlets throughout Essex and Suffolk.

We provide a wide range of building maintenance services from roof work and repair, brick laying and guttering on both commercial and domestic premises.
Electrical
We provide a wide range of electrical work from full wiring, PAT testing, LED lighting uprades, CCTV, fire and burglar alarms and maintenance on both commercial and domestic premises.
Plumbing
Our plumbings services include complete bathroom installations, radiator installations and responsive repairs for example, blocked toilets and drains.
Property Maintenance
We can provide a full range of property maintenance including decorating, internal and external door installation, bathroom and kitchen installations, coving, plastering and tiling.
